Episode 17 - Triple Boot - Windows, Backtrack, & Ubuntu
Patchy
For episode 17, we demonstrate how to triple boot a computer with Windows, Backtrack, and Ubuntu. Nox and I go through the process of setting up the various disk partitions, installing Backtrack and Ubuntu to different partitions, and how to configure your computer to boot between each of the Operating Systems. Hopefully, this episode will give you guys insight on how to go about multibooting your computer with several different OSs.

This is a useful video but could you also show us how to Triple Boot Vista + XP + BT2?
Thing is I already have both Windows OS working on dual boot just want BT2 to be included…
I tried VMWare but it wont detect my wireless card since its not a USB device..
Thanks.

I got it to work.. Vista + XP (WINDOWS) and BT2
Though Lilo only shows to choices … Windows and Linux…if i choose Windows, it gives me the choices XP or Vista….. Kinda like triple boot but I was expecting three on the LILO list…hehe anyways works like a charm.. and its funny that I dont need to use the 2 IPWRAW .ng files anymore to get my 3945 card running.. All i need to do is run the one that Backtrack already has… and I could switch between Managed and Mode without loading separate files..unlike when i was using the LIVE CD…

Hey guys great video, i’m stuck at the swapon /dev/sda6, it says the device is busy.. Even trying to get into the nano /mnt/sda5/boot/grub/menu.lst, doesn’t give me the results you have up. By the way i’m using Backtrack 3 beta ISO.
