Hello,

In Patchy video with the Arduino he uses a Arduino Diecimila, I found a Arduino Duemilanove.  My question is will this work for the Arduino ARP Cop project?

Yup, you shouldn't have any problems.  There is very little different between the two Arduinos.  Most importantly the microcontrollers are the same.
